About Utilities
Utilities are products and solutions, often from a third party supplier or manufacturer, which are designed to supplement or enhance the functionality of a system.
For copier systems with added functions such as scanning, printing and faxing, there are various third party software applications and even hardware solutions that allow you to make the most of the functionality, with a view to facilitating and improving productivity.
Some examples of utilities include document management and archiving software, or devices that monitor usage of consumables as part of fleet management solutions.
